SAFARIS
A WALK THROUGH HISTORY

**Safety/Age Restrictions
All ages welcome. A maximum of 3 children ages 15 or younger are permitted per adult in a party, proof of age for children may be required.
This tour involves about an hour of walking (around 1 mile), mostly on established pathways with moderate slopes. Some areas visited may involve unpaved paths and uneven ground. Guests with mobility considerations should call 619-718-3000 to inform us of their needs, so that we may make appropriate accommodations.
A separate admission ticket or membership is required for Safari Park entry..
During this 90-minute walking tour of the Safari Park’s Nairobi Village and surrounding areas, you can visit iconic wildlife including gorillas and elephants, and go behind the scenes to areas not available to the public. Your guide will share stories of the Park’s colorful past, wonderful present, and exciting future. Step right this way!

All Ages programs require at least one adult, ages 18 and older, per tent.
Pack up your “trunk” for a sleepover adventure at the Safari Park! With a focus on the Safari Park’s 50th anniversary, all sleepovers include camp activities, an after-hours look at the wild life of our animals, guided walks, a campfire program, dinner, an evening snack, and breakfast the following morning. Choose from sleepovers for all ages to those for grownups only.
